Our leadership progrAM
Bloom Bold Academy is a mentorship-based leadership and empowerment program designed to support the personal growth of Black and Brown girls ages 12–18 in underserved communities. Through a safe and affirming environment, participants build confidence, develop life skills, and explore opportunities that expand their vision for the future.
The program is delivered through 8–12 interactive sessions that combine guided mentorship, engaging discussions, and hands-on activities focused on identity, wellness, leadership, and practical life skills.
Students leave Bloom Bold Academy with greater confidence, stronger communication and leadership skills, and a deeper understanding of their value and potential - equipping them to succeed both in and beyond the classroom.
