Monique Janelle is a certified life coach, speaker, and youth empowerment advocate dedicated to helping individuals grow in confidence, purpose, and self-worth. A proud alumna of Buffalo State University, Monique brings a passion for mentorship and personal development to every space she serves.

She is the founder of Bloom Bold Academy, a girls empowerment and leadership initiative designed to uplift and mentor Black and Brown girls from underserved communities. Through mentorship, life-skills education, and exposure to new opportunities, Bloom Bold Academy creates affirming spaces where young women are reminded of their value and equipped with the tools to grow into confident, capable leaders.

With a professional background in management, training, sales, customer service, and banking, Monique brings a practical and compassionate approach to leadership and personal growth. She is deeply committed to servant leadership and believes that encouragement, exposure, and guidance can transform the trajectory of a young woman’s life.

Beyond her youth empowerment work, Monique is passionate about supporting women through her curated event series, Ladies, Laughter & Love, and her life coaching practice. Whether mentoring young women, hosting empowering experiences, or speaking to audiences, Monique’s mission is to leave every person she encounters better than she found them - empowered to recognize their worth and boldly pursue the life they were created to live.
